Triumph Carnival Lawsuit

Dear Sir,

I found your site while Googling maritime investigations. I'm hoping you can help me out. I was on the Carnival Triumph and I'm looking to hire a detective to help me collect evidence that the company was negligent with their maintenance and care of the ship before departure. I don't think it was ready to sail. Is this something you would be interested in.

  1. You may send me an email with your contact info but before you do there's something you should probably know. Unless someone can convince me otherwise, I'm inclined to believe people aren't entitled to pain-and-suffering type damages because they were subjected to "terrible inconveniences" on a luxury cruise ship when the thing caught fire and broke down. You went on a cruise ship with 4,000 other passengers. What did you think would happen if it ran into trouble? Count your blessings. You're alive. You're safe and sound. Take the refund and shut the hell up. --G.

  3. Sorry, that was probably a bit harsh. And apologies for the profanity in the last comment. Anyway, what I should have said was: "You're alive, you're safe, count your blessings and consider yourself lucky."
